Feminine geometry

Classically elegant and unpretentious, and yet created to remain in the centre of attention. One in a series of three lamps designed by Embassy studio to pay tribute  to Eileen Gray – one of the most fascinating and innovative figures of modernism.

The series was designed thinking  about sophisticated interiors in which  ‘less means more’. The feminine geometry of the form will provide a point of interest both during daytime and in the evening. The opal glass of the lampshade will softly diffuse light, and depending on the strength and colouring of the lightbulb used, create  an atmospheric honeyed hue or a delicate white glow to provide excellent daylight illumination.
