Inspired by the shape of a bone, the Talus handle is an organic design that is part of the Flora Argentum collection. Its name comes from Latin and means a human ankle bone, but also a dice bone used in games. And for good reason Talus could easily play the leading role. This beautiful, sculptural form was designed by Mariusz Kubiak and created in the Embassy studio.

The Flora Argentum collection combines soft, flowing shapes inspired by plants and nature. In the entire collection, we use aluminium, a unique material that is lightweight, strong, and environmentally friendly.

The first prototypes of the handle were carved in wood. Based on these wooden models, moulds were made to cast the aluminium pieces. After casting, each handle is finished by hand. Some parts are polished until smooth and shiny, while others are intentionally left matte or slightly darker to show the natural texture of the casting sand.
