Cork Cylinder Table Lamp
€185,00
The glass is from the Bauhaus School of Design, remade in traditional Polish glassworks using the original forms from the period. Opaline glass is hand blown into these moulds to give the quality and feel of its original design. We have added a porcelain core, also made to the original specifications, with a wonderful hand glazed finish and cork base giving a slightly Scandinavian feel to the lamp. Although with a vintage shape, the peaceful, simplicity of the natural materials used makes this a perfect choice for contemporary or rustic interiors. Various hues of colour can be achieved with opaline glass by changing the type of bulb used.

HAND BLOWN GLASS

are impossible to obtain in an automated process. It becomes part of the subtle world of EMBASSY.

treated light as one of the pivotal
parts of my every design.
The nature of light remains my
fascination. It is elusive and
intangible, yet it creates colors
and defines shapes.
It is this fascination with light that
led me on a quest to find the
perfect forms for my interiors and
ultimately to the idea of
designing lighting my own.

I have always aimed for the
balance and integrity in my
designs, aligning myself more
with timeless classicism over the
eternal chase for the latest trends.
